The service was good. I am very pleased. Oil change and lube on April 10 and they told me I needed new tires. I had the tires changed on April 16th. I am glad we have Walt Massey’s dealership to help me.

The entertainment system had a flaw. The dealership had to order a part. Kept the truck for 2 days, still no part. They said they would call when the part came in. They never called about it. It’s still not working correctly.
The mechanic could be a little faster.

I purchased a used 2016 Lexus GX460 SUV from Walt Massey Jeep/Chrysler. I had seen the vehicle online previously. Mical Grant was my salesman. He was the main reason I purchased the automobile. He is a down-to-earth guy who doesn’t try to “sell” you anything. I was able to make a deal within the budget I was looking to stay in while trading my vehicle. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my vehicle while at the dealer. Multiple calls would go unanswered, and when I left messages not returned. Vehicle was there 3 weeks and if I had not checked in, would probably still be there.
